Jose Ramirez Named Director of Marketing of AFR Furniture Rental

Pennsauken, NJ – Three years after joining the AFR Furniture Rental® as Marketing Manager, Jose Ramirez has been named Director of Marketing.

“Jose has led the team by example with his fierce work ethic and passion for marketing and technology. In assuming this new role, the marketing team will now report directly to Jose,” says Tricia Schmitt, Chief Branding Officer for AFR Furniture Rental.

As Director of Marketing, Ramirez will now lead the entire team as it creates and activates creative digital content marketing campaigns, develops effective offline strategies, oversees the brand aesthetic through all marketing collateral, manages AFR’s tradeshow activity throughout the United States and continues to build a relevant and exciting personal connection between the AFR brand and its clientele.

Ramirez’s career has spanned from the Food and Drug industry to the Events and Hospitality industry. Throughout, he has consistently delivered results by increasing new media revenues, successfully launching mass sales campaigns, directing sales and marketing teams and managing event and trade show activations. He is a leader in the event industry and a guiding presence in associations such as the International Live Event Association (ILEA) and National Association of Catering and Events (NACE).
