Inside Sales Coordinator Sara Cuite began working with AFR in 2015, adding her valuable prior sales and property management knowledge to the team. Having a positive impact on the comfort and convenience of clients during major life changes and transitions is one aspect of her role that she finds to be truly inspirational. “I have moved so many times, and I understand the stress involved with the details and logistics,” Sara said. “We are able to directly impact that overall experience for so many people who use our services!”

Sara is actively involved in various trade organizations including the Triangle Apartment Association (TAA) and the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association (GCAA) – and has been presented with the Bell Partners Million Dollar Club Award.

Sara attended York College of Pennsylvania and people who know her best would describe her as thoughtful, passionate, and spontaneous. A lover of travel with an international bucket list, Sara would like to learn some of the local languages to enhance her experience when she visits. Her favorite destination so far has been Tuscany in Central Italy. She has a ten-year-old boxer named Apollo and is also a former Girl Scout who earned her Girl Scout Gold Award, a major accomplishment in her life.
