With a people-first approach and over 10 years in real estate, leasing, and client-facing sales, Shante Perry brings energy, experience, and a steady hand to her role as a Residential Account Executive at AFR Furniture Rental. Prior to joining AFR in 2026, she built a background spanning multifamily and corporate housing, including supporting fast-paced NFL and NBA relocations. This work required sharp timing, clear communication, and a calm, solutions-first mindset.

Over the years, Shante has partnered closely with developers, property owners, realtors, and relocation teams, helping guide everything from lease-ups to short- and long-term housing transitions. That foundation made her move into a sales-focused role a natural fit, one where her organization, follow-through, and relationship-building skills can really shine.

What she enjoys most is connecting with clients and helping them create comfortable, functional spaces during important life changes. Known for being driven, reliable, and personable, Shante brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every interaction and helps make the process feel seamless from start to finish.

Outside of work, she’s a proud Yorkie mom to Blue, a dedicated Buffalo Bills fan, and a Scandal binge-watcher. Her favorite trip so far has been Aruba for the culture, scenery, and pure relaxation.
