Wendy Schreiber joined AFR’s residential team as sales executive in January of 2008—and just celebrated her 14th work anniversary! After lots of challenging work she was promoted to sales manager in 2011 and regional sales manager in 2018. An active board member for New Jersey Apartment Association (NJAA), Wendy is still drawn to the creative aspects of her job and stays inspired in her work every day.

Prior to her impressive career at AFR, Wendy earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Gwynedd Mercy College, playing on the school’s women’s basketball team while attending. She also gained career experience as an account executive for Marriott ExecuStay. Friendly and outgoing, Wendy treasures the strong bonds she’s made designing beautiful models to help clients rent their apartments.
