FestForums 2026 brought festival producers, organizers, and industry partners together in Santa Barbara for a B2B gathering focused on learning, networking, and the relationships that power live events. Across panels and meetups, the conversations centered on the real work behind great festivals—sharing what’s working, tackling common challenges, and building partnerships that last beyond the conference.

AFR Furniture Rental was proud to support the experience by furnishing key spaces across the event, including panel rooms, session areas, and the networking lounge. Our team helped create environments that felt comfortable, welcoming, and elevated—so attendees could stay engaged during programming and have inviting places to connect between sessions.

We’re especially grateful to the FestForums team for recognizing the role these spaces played in the overall experience. From focused discussion settings to lounge moments that sparked spontaneous introductions, the goal was the same: design spaces where people want to sit down, stay awhile, and have meaningful conversations.

As AFR Account Executive Rachel Panczenko shared: “FestForums was a powerful reminder that the best festivals are built through collaboration, creativity, and shared challenges.”

Thank you to FestForums and everyone who attended—we’re grateful to have played a part in shaping the event environment, and we look forward to supporting the festival community again soon.
