We pride ourselves on our streamlined ordering process. Simply download the AFR app, visit us online at rentfurniture.com, or call our customer care line at 888.AFR.RENT and let us know your delivery zip code and lease length. Rent your furniture by the room or select from our furniture collections! Tailor your rental to your unique needs with our additional options - we even offer housewares packages. Choose a delivery date and address and we will provide you with a lease agreement and credit application. And that’s it! Your furniture is on the way in as little as 48 hours.
We have a minimum lease length of one month in order to qualify for an order within an area we service.
We currently have 29 warehouses in 23 strategic locations across the united states. Find the AFR location nearest you on our Locations & Showrooms map.
Delivery cost is calculated based upon your lease length, delivery zip code, and selected date of delivery.
We typically offer new deliveries for our clients as quickly as two business days after an order is placed.
Our delivery team will also set up your furniture.
You are not required to be present when your furniture is delivered as long as there are no personal items in the unit and you alert the property with a permission to enter (if applicable).
We operate during normal business hours and typically do not offer delivery on weekends and some holidays.
A credit application is typically required for monthly automatic billing purposes.
While furniture you receive may arrive new, in most cases it will have been rented by previous clients. Each piece is reviewed by our team of quality control professionals who treat and refurbish as necessary to achieve perfect showroom quality prior to your delivery.

We offer customizable rent by room or by collection options as well as tiered housewares packages to fit your unique lifestyle.
Clients with valid student ID are eligible for special student pricing.
We provide furniture for home staging as well.
It is not possible to rent single pieces of furniture at this time.
We do not offer rent to own options. However, we do have six AFR Clearance Center locations along the east and west coast that sell our previously rented furniture at drastically discounted prices.
To schedule a pickup, direct clients call or email their AFR account executive notice at least 30 days in advance. We’ll handle the rest!
For guaranteed items, we will offer a substitution and backorder your original selection. Upholstery is not a guaranteed item.
We take your feedback very seriously and do everything in our means to rectify these situations swiftly. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your delivery, please call us and we will work with you to resolve. If something arrives broken or damaged it will be replaced at no charge to the client.
After your initial lease term expires, your plan will change to a month-to-month contract.
If cancelling their lease early due to relocation, clients will not be subject to an early termination fee as long as we can continue to provide furniture at their new location and they enter a new AFR lease with monthly rental payments not less than 80% of those due upon lease cancellation. In all other cases, clients remain responsible for all obligations under their lease upon early cancellation. If a client agrees to pay a Damage Waiver fee in lieu of property damage insurance, AFR will bear the risk of damage to or loss of the leased property arising from normal wear and tear or from damage or loss caused by natural disasters. The client remains responsible for damage or loss caused by anything other than normal wear and tear or from natural disasters.
