The Philadelphia event community came together for The Philly Event Edit, an AFR Furniture Rental showcase at Ballers Philadelphia. Led by AFR’s Allison Yoder and Mikaela Kristl, the evening brought their vision to life with new products, an exciting venue, and plenty of opportunities for the local event community to connect.

Throughout the showcase, AFR featured a mix of new and existing collections in live event settings. Among the newest introductions were the Halo Bars and Halo Light Wall, giving attendees a firsthand look at versatile additions designed for branded environments, social spaces, and interactive moments.

The Halo Light Wall also became part of the experience through the evening’s “Sign Here” activation, where guests could leave their mark and add to the display throughout the event.

The venue itself offered plenty to explore. Opened in August 2025, Ballers Philadelphia gave attendees the opportunity to experience its event spaces along with upstairs amenities including pickleball, racquetball, golf simulators, and more. Ballers’ culinary team kept guests fueled with passed and stationed appetizers, while AFR added a sweet touch with custom cookies.

At its core, The Philly Event Edit was an opportunity to bring the local industry together ahead of a busy event season. Guests exchanged ideas, discovered new resources, and experienced what can happen when venues, vendors, and creative partners bring their strengths together.
