PENNSAUKEN, N.J. (Mar. 30, 2026) — AFR, a portfolio company of One Rock Capital Partners, has appointed Beverly Steele as Vice President of Residential and Commercial Sales. This appointment comes as the company advances its next phase of growth following its recent partnership with One Rock.

Ms. Steele will oversee sales strategy across residential and commercial segments. Her responsibilities include driving revenue expansion, strengthening enterprise partnerships, and scaling operations to align with evolving client demand and circular economy models.

Throughout her career, Ms. Steele has focused on advancing circular economy strategies that extend product lifecycles and improve asset utilization. Her expertise in reverse logistics and service-based models positions her to support the integration of sustainability into the company's commercial strategy.
