With 27 years of rental industry experience and a background in furniture manufacturing, Ronald Steinbrink brings a broad perspective to his role as Managing Director, Commercial at AFR Furniture Rental. Before joining AFR in 2026, Ron held leadership positions at CORT spanning district management, regional sales, and national accounts, supporting sales and operations across multiple markets.

Throughout his career, Ron has earned Presidential Sales Achievement Awards, helped coach CORT's sales training program, and mentored colleagues preparing for management roles. He especially enjoys working alongside sales professionals and brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to supporting teams and customers. For Ron, staying open to learning is just as important as understanding the details that make each opportunity unique.

Outside of work, Ron enjoys spending time with his wife and family, along with traveling, reading, golfing, and fishing. He also makes time for a daily five-mile walk and counts Greece among his favorite destinations for its food and beautiful coastline.

With 26 years of experience spanning trade shows, office furniture, and furniture rental, Frank Connolly brings a well-rounded perspective to his role as Commercial Account Executive at AFR Furniture Rental. His career includes nine years in the trade show industry with Freeman and experience as an office furniture dealer before joining AFR in 2016.

Frank's favorite part of his work is simple: knowing a client is satisfied. He values the relationships built along the way and takes pride in helping people find the right solutions for their needs. His work ethic goes back to his first job delivering newspapers, a six-day-a-week responsibility that taught him lessons he's carried throughout his career.

Outside of work, Frank enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog, Finn, and cheering on the New York Yankees. He has fond memories of honeymooning in Hawaii and doesn't take himself too seriously. When asked to describe himself, Frank is quick to mention his wit, charm, and impressive dance moves, with a healthy dose of humor.

Christina Meyer's interest in furniture rental began while working in property management at a luxury residential community with furnished corporate units. That early experience introduced her to the supplier side of the business and sparked a passion that has shaped her 32-year career. Today, she brings that experience to her role as Managing Director of Business Development at AFR Furniture Rental.

Her background includes leadership roles with CORT spanning national accounts, enterprise markets, and business development, as well as work with Mobile Modular building partnerships across the construction and engineering industries. A five-time President's Club honoree, Christina brings persistence, creativity, and resourcefulness to every opportunity. She especially enjoys working across diverse industries and the chance to keep learning along the way.

Outside of work, Christina enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, and spending time with her family and three French Bulldogs. She has completed seven half marathons and counts Nice, France, among her favorite destinations for its scenery, food, and people.

With more than a decade of rental industry experience, Gregory Copeland brings a strategic, entrepreneurial perspective to his role as Director of Business Development at AFR Furniture Rental. His career includes work with CORT, Arena Americas, and Inmar across national business development, commercial and residential rental, and strategic account relationships. He has helped develop multi-year national agreements supporting commercial real estate groups, construction companies, and corporate customers.

Greg holds a BSBA in Economics and Finance from Marian University and an MBA in Business Strategy from Cardinal Stritch University. Having owned and operated an ice rink and junior hockey team, he also understands what it takes to build and run a service-driven business. At AFR, he especially enjoys creating strategic, value-added programs that strengthen relationships with clients and partners.

Outside of work, Greg enjoys spending time with his wife, Kristi, their three sons, and their two dogs, Cara and Winnie. A longtime hockey enthusiast, he has coached a varsity high school team for more than a decade. And a little-known fact about Greg: he's also a twin!
